I hope you can do what you need to do and not be met with a total lack of understanding. Would it be possible for you to get some kind of medical note for this, eventually? Something to consider if it’s a serious problem.

i really hope so too. i actually asked my parents if i could see a therapist/psychologist/etc. a few weeks back for my anxiety and a few other things, but they took it the wrong way, so unless i go see my school psychologist, there’s really no way for me to get an actual note of any sort. still, thank you for the advice!
